Withdrawal and refund conditions

Right of Withdrawal (Within 7 Days)

In accordance with consumer protection laws, you may withdraw from your subscription within 7 days of payment without any additional fees.

  • Withdrawal possible within 7 days of first payment
  • However, withdrawal is restricted if the service has been used
  • Withdrawal is restricted once digital content delivery has begun

Refund Eligibility

Refund eligibility is determined by the following conditions.

Eligible for Refund

  • Within 7 days of first payment (if service unused)
  • Unable to use service due to service outage
  • Duplicate payment

Not Eligible (Considered as Service Used)

  • Created or executed SSH connection
  • Created project or folder
  • Transferred files via SFTP
  • Used cloud sync feature
  • Started collaboration using team features
  • Already used AI tokens
  • Account suspension due to terms violation

How to Request a Refund

Follow these steps to request a refund.

  1. Email dev@hej.ai.kr
  2. Include your account email address
  3. Explain the reason for refund
  4. Attach payment receipt (optional)

  • Registration email address
  • Payment date
  • Reason for refund

Refund Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved, processing time varies.

3-5 business days

PayPal

1-3 business days

Subscription Cancellation

Even if you cancel your subscription, you can continue using the service until the end of the current billing period.

How to Cancel

  1. Go to Settings > Subscription
  2. Click 'Cancel Subscription'
  3. Select cancellation reason (optional)
  4. Confirm cancellation

What Happens After Cancellation

  • Service available until end of current billing period
  • Auto-renewal stops
  • Data retained for 30 days then deleted

💡 Important Note

Withdrawal is restricted once the service has been used, and pro-rated refunds are not available. When you cancel your subscription, you can continue using the service until the end of the current billing period.

Duplicate Charges

If you've been charged twice, we'll refund the full amount.
