How to Upgrade
Korean Users (Domestic Payment)
- Open HejShell and go to Settings
- Click the Subscription tab
- Select your desired plan (Pro or Team)
- Click Upgrade
- Complete payment with TossPay
- Your subscription is activated immediately

International Users
- Open HejShell and go to Settings
- Click the Subscription tab
- Select your desired plan (Pro or Team)
- Click Upgrade
- Complete payment with EXIMBAY (international credit/debit card)
- Your subscription is activated immediately

How to Change Your Plan
Upgrading (e.g., Pro → Team)
When you upgrade to a higher plan:
- ✓Immediate access: Your plan upgrades immediately
- ✓Prorated credit: Receive credit for unused days on your current plan
- ✓New billing cycle: Get 30 days of the new plan starting from upgrade
Example:
- Current: Pro ($5.99/month) - 15 days remaining
- Upgrade to: Team ($10.99/month)
- Pro unused credit: $3.00 (15 days)
- Team 30-day price: $10.99
- Amount charged: $7.99 (30 days of Team)
Downgrading (e.g., Team → Pro)
When you downgrade to a lower plan:
- ✓Scheduled change: Downgrade takes effect at your next renewal date
- ✓Keep current features: Continue using Team features until renewal
- ✓Lower price next month: You'll be charged the Pro price at renewal
Example:
- Current: Team ($10.99/month) - 20 days remaining
- Downgrade to: Pro ($5.99/month)
- No charge today
- Continue using Team features for 20 days
- Next billing: $5.99 (Pro plan)
FAQ
Can I change my plan anytime?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately, downgrades take effect from the next billing cycle.
Is there a discount for annual payment?
Currently HejShell only offers monthly billing. Annual billing with discounts is coming soon!
Is there a member limit on the Team plan?
There's no limit on members per team. Only the number of teams is limited (max 5).
Can I use HejShell for free?
Yes! The Basic plan includes all essential SSH management features. Upgrade to Pro or Team for cloud sync, advanced security, and collaboration features.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is never deleted. Local data remains accessible in the app, cloud sync data is stored for 30 days. You can resubscribe anytime to restore cloud access.
