Trusted Devices

Manage devices that access your account

What are Trusted Devices?

Trusted devices are devices approved to log into your account. When logging in from a new device, approval from an existing trusted device is required.

  • Prevent unauthorized access
  • Receive notifications for new device logins
  • Manage access per device
  • Immediately block suspicious devices

How It Works

When you log in from a new device, the following process occurs.

  1. Log in with email/password on new device
  2. Approval request notification sent to existing trusted devices
  3. Approve or deny from existing device
  4. If approved, new device is added to trusted list

Managing Devices

You can manage trusted devices in settings.

View Device List

  1. Go to Settings > Account > Devices
  2. View current list of trusted devices

Displayed Information

  • Device name and type
  • Last access time
  • Last access location (approximate)
  • Date device was added

Revoke Device Access

  1. Select the device from the list
  2. Click 'Revoke Access' button
  3. Confirm and the device will be automatically logged out

Approving New Devices

You'll receive a notification when there's a login attempt from a new device.

  1. Receive push notification in app
  2. Check request info (device type, location)
  3. Select 'Approve' if it's you, 'Deny' if not

Request Details

  • Device type and OS
  • Approximate location
  • Request time

💡 Security Tips

  • Always deny approval requests from unknown devices
  • Remove devices you no longer use from the trusted list
  • If you lose a device, immediately revoke its access
  • Regularly review your device list

⚠️ Warning

If you revoke access for all trusted devices, you won't be able to access your account. Keep at least one trusted device or have your recovery key ready.
