1. Terms of Service
Hej Shell provides SSH and SFTP client services. By using this service, you agree to these terms.
2. Withdrawal and Refund Policy
Notice in accordance with Korean E-commerce Consumer Protection Act
2.1 Right of Withdrawal (Within 7 Days)
You may withdraw from your subscription within 7 days without any additional fees.
However, withdrawal is restricted in the following cases:
2.2 Withdrawal Restrictions
- When the provision of digital content has commenced (Content Industry Promotion Act Article 2, Paragraph 3)
- When the service has been actually used
⚠️ These restrictions must be clearly displayed where consumers can easily see them. If trial products are provided or restrictions are not displayed, withdrawal restrictions do not apply.
2.3 Service Usage Criteria
Service provision is considered to have commenced when any of the following occurs:
- Creating or executing an SSH connection
- Creating a project or folder
- Transferring files via SFTP
- Using cloud synchronization features
- Using team features to invite other users or starting collaboration
2.4 How to Withdraw

3. Subscription and Payment
3.1 Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions are automatically renewed monthly. Unless canceled, you will be charged automatically using your registered payment method when the subscription period ends.
3.2 Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of the current subscription period, and you will not be charged in the next billing cycle.
4. AI Service Usage
4.1 AI Assistant Usage Policy
The AI assistant must be used only for server management and terminal operation support. If AI is used for inappropriate or malicious purposes, AI functionality may be temporarily or permanently restricted.
4.2 AI Question Public Feed Consent
When using the AI feature for the first time, consent for public sharing of questions is requested. With consent, your questions may be anonymously displayed on our homepage live feed for service improvement and as reference for other users.
All personal information (email, server addresses, IPs, passwords, etc.) is automatically masked before publication.
You can withdraw consent at any time in Settings > Profile. After withdrawal, new questions will not be made public.
